Dream On and Keep pushing

Life is a journey. If I had only had to discipline myself and write everyday I will probably be close to having my dream book.

It's been a while since I updated this blog. A lot had happens in my career journey. Some are disappointments, some are challenges, some are fulfilling and some make so much sense of why I am becoming as a person. One of my previous colleague from HR once told me I am an upper fixer. I go to companies, help fix, accomplish and move on. Some folks called me as a tough cookie as roaring lion and a leader. Flattered and inspired but everything comes with a price and sacrifices.

At this age, I felt I have more to do and I am called for a higher purpose. Regardless of the obstacles and set backs I will keep on pushing and dreaming. Just like gold put into furnace.

It was a day when I went to this school gathering and I was asked tough questions that I was never ready to answer. Not a typical politician and trained to safeguard my self on some on the spot questions. I think I was able to to survive with ease. What is rewarding afterwards is when one of my former intern approached me. She is one of the parents at the audience and she introduce herself. She shared that she already had four and working for a stable job in the government. She might not know how important that gestures of her when she approach me after that stressful meeting. She said, how can I forget the Ms. Josie- I was trained by you. And she added, you seems to be everywhere. Anywhere that you worked for, you help clean and organize mess and move on. So whats you next plan... I hope I had a selfie with her. Those were the defining moments of my career. Was I a good teacher the teaches teacher to transform... I hope I am and will always be.
